The one we liked and test drove had a mechanical issue they promised to fix before we accepted delivery. They were confident it would 100% to our satisfaction at delivery time - and they were right. The vehicle ran great and was spotless. We are very pleased with the transaction and will recommend them to anyone looking for a used vehicle. More

I saw a hard to find, low mileage used Jeep Cherokee, with a low price on one of their internet ads. I was willing to fly to CT or buy via internet and have it shipped. Initially there was very little info on the ad, but it was sort of a niche market car, and worth the gamble. I made a refundable $$$ deposit via phone to hold the car via the internet manager. Salesman David then took over the deal. The first thing he requested was a higher deposit amount. With little info about the car, I asked for photos, which he promised in two days. I also asked if he had seen the car and to give his description. He said he had seen it and the description was favorable, so I proceeded. Two days later--no photos. I called and found he was sick, so I asked for Sales Manager Anthony. He said no photos were available and they would not be able to accommodate that for 3 more days at the latest. Three days passed and no photos or other communication from them. I called and spoke to David. He said the car was not on their lot, had been at their auction site, and he had not actually seen it. It was not on their lot as yet. Looked like I was losing the gamble with their lack of truth and stringing me along, so I asked to cancel the deal and refund the deposit. David became defensive and told me I'd need to speak to the owner for that. I asked to speak to the owner who was apparently unavailable, so I spoke to the sales manager. He agreed to cancel and refund, but that would have to wait five days until Friday per their policy. Trying to confirm the refund occurred was like pulling teeth, but it went through. From other reviews, I found red flags from Road Ready such as bullying, bait & switch tactics, cars not being on the lot, and sales staff being defensive when called on their actions. When I saw some of these myself, I pulled the plug on my deal. More

BEWARE - BAIT & SWITCH! I had been in e-mail and phone communication with Elena regarding a 2002 F150 which looked great on line. We discussed in detail to condition of the truck because I live 3 hours away. I asked for undercarriage pictures, she said her camera was broken so she could not send additional pictures. (this should have been my first clue that the truck never existed). We set an appointment for me to drive up an see the truck. Upon arrival, I met Elena and was pushed to a sales person, everyone there heard me say that I was there for the 2002 F150. Multiple people sat me down and gave me the speech on the quality of their vehicles, and the awards they have, etc. After about 15 min's, I told them I wanted to see the truck; at that point they told me that the truck had just been sold! - but were pushing me to see other higher priced trucks that they had! Funny, a half hour prior Elena sent me an e-mail confirming that we were meeting about the 2002 F150. I did a total of 6 hrs driving that day - they totally tried to pull the bait & switch. They NEVER had the truck that they advertised. FRAUD!! More

Now I can't look for another vechile because I have no money for a deposit. When my friend said don't leave a good review, the sales manager started yell and asked my friend...who the h%#l are you. Really. Scared the crap out of me. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone or anything. More
