I traveled from Rochester NY to Bridgeport CT to buy my vehicle from them and will recommend to anyone I know that it's well worth the hike. Their reviews alone attracted me to them. When I arrived, the truck was just as pictured with every detail. Dave sat with me and explained all of the functions of the vehicle and was not at all pushy as I have experienced in the past. Even before my travels, Anthony and Dave were very laid back and never pushy. (Something to look for in a dealership, especially a used car dealer). They never once seemed desperate to just "off" the vehicle and we're convincingly confident in the work that they put into my vehicle and all of their vehicles. Liking the fact that they blast and undercoat all of there vehicles before they put it up for sale . Though I did have a minor issue with the truck before leaving back to NY, they seemed to drop everything else that they were doing to accommodate me and fixed the problem same day. Overall a very pleasing experience and best one I've ever had. I love this truck. Thanks guys. More

I got into a car accident and 2 days later I was down at the dealership and the sales person and the owner were ready to help; they educated me on how financing a car works and what my options were. They helped me find a car that was affordable, especially on a college student's budget. Due to my circumstances, I didn't walk off the lot with my car until a few weeks later, but the owner knew i was interested and definitely made things work and made sure I would get that car. There were a few bumps in the road, but the owner was very willing to work things out. All around great service and so happy with my car! More

I saw a hard to find, low mileage used Jeep Cherokee, with a low pr Want partial truths and to be strung along on your car deal? Shop Road Ready!! I saw a hard to find, low mileage used Jeep Cherokee, with a low price on one of their internet ads. I was willing to fly to CT or buy via internet and have it shipped. Initially there was very little info on the ad, but it was sort of a niche market car, and worth the gamble. I made a refundable $$$ deposit via phone to hold the car via the internet manager. Salesman David then took over the deal. The first thing he requested was a higher deposit amount. With little info about the car, I asked for photos, which he promised in two days. I also asked if he had seen the car and to give his description. He said he had seen it and the description was favorable, so I proceeded. Two days later--no photos. I called and found he was sick, so I asked for Sales Manager Anthony. He said no photos were available and they would not be able to accommodate that for 3 more days at the latest. Three days passed and no photos or other communication from them. I called and spoke to David. He said the car was not on their lot, had been at their auction site, and he had not actually seen it. It was not on their lot as yet. Looked like I was losing the gamble with their lack of truth and stringing me along, so I asked to cancel the deal and refund the deposit. David became defensive and told me I'd need to speak to the owner for that. I asked to speak to the owner who was apparently unavailable, so I spoke to the sales manager. He agreed to cancel and refund, but that would have to wait five days until Friday per their policy. Trying to confirm the refund occurred was like pulling teeth, but it went through. From other reviews, I found red flags from Road Ready such as bullying, bait & switch tactics, cars not being on the lot, and sales staff being defensive when called on their actions. When I saw some of these myself, I pulled the plug on my deal. More
