Let me start by saying that our number one goal is to make a customer happy. You can see that by all the positive reviews online. We sell about a 100 cars a month and only about 10% actually write a review so sometimes no review is a good review. In this case the customer and her mother would call almost every day with questions on the operating procedures of there 2012 Altima with 22,000 miles. We would love to help everyone but there's not enough time in the day to do that. Lets say you bought a dvd from an electronics store and called and stated you needed help with the installation then you called back again and said I need help learning how to use it. How would those conversations go? The big thing is the last time they called before I lost it was because they called three times and got nasty with the girls in the back office saying they were going to make some noise if I didn't called them back now. The concern was the oil change soon light came on which needed to be reset and the tire pressure light came on. These are not major issues leaving them stranded on the side of the road. We indeed would of helped them if they acted courteous and didn't yell and scream at me even when I did call them. I can go on and on but if you would like all the phone conversations are recorded and I will let you listen and you can be the judge. Ron Saracino.
