Stolen deposit. Business malpractice I’ll try to be as concise as possible about my experience with the Road Ready Used Cars dealership. To be precise, they persuaded me to make a $500 re I’ll try to be as concise as possible about my experience with the Road Ready Used Cars dealership. To be precise, they persuaded me to make a $500 refundable deposit on a car I had seen on a Saturday afternoon and then, refused to give me my money back. It was the last car I saw that day and they were getting ready to close. I should mention that I did not even take the car in question for a ride, nor was I explained any details about the vehicle, etc. I called Milton, the salesman that assisted me, on Monday afternoon to inform him that I wasn’t interested in the car anymore to what replied he wasn’t going to refund me my money because they couldn’t sell the car that Monday morning because of me. He said the person had to buy another 2012 Honda Accord in color black. (Both cars still parked in their lot almost three weeks later!) After texting back and forward with him, and calling their office to demand my refund, Anthony, their financial manager asked me to stop by in person to discuss the matter. I went over a week later to discover what I already intuited… they weren’t going to give me back my money. Instead, Anthony took a personal phone call and completely ignored me, my mother and sister who were there to discuss the issue. Their argument, they could have sold the car that Monday morning and that they had wasted their time with me, as if their job wasn’t to show their inventory to potential costumers. Do they expect to sell cars by just having them sitting in the lot? This makes no sense. They couldn’t take the loss of my business. Also, they brag about the “fact” that they sell between 90 – 100 cars per month! A car dealership with such tremendous success shouldn’t have to worry about loosing a costumer or even worse, keep their client’s money in exchange for nothing! Again, I didn’t even drive the car. How naive can one be to pretend that someone will commit to purchasing a car without even taking it for a ride? Ohh, and did not even honored the fact that I was referred by someone who has bought cars from the in the past. My advice to you: Do not do business with them. Read all the reviews and read and re-read their contract. They do not explain any of the additional charges like Rust proofing & undercoating: $579! Vin Etch: $199! Also, if you have been a victim of them, file a complaint with the Dpt of Consumer Affairs and the BBB. More

I just bought my second car from there and the first one I bought was from 10 years ago. The service was even better 10 years later as they treated me as a member of their family even though no one from my first purchase even works here. That says a lot about the personnel that after a decade, new staff still believe the service is what separates this dealers from others. Absolutely no hassles, no stress, but a simple and fun yes I said fun process. They dont waste their time trying to sell you the newest cars or the most expensive ones, but they listen to your needs and your wants and dont make you jump through hoops to get you in the vehicle you want for the price point you want no questions asked. There was no need to play around or make several trips to close a deal. They are beyond professional and minimize the amount of paperwork and questions even required to purchase. I hope to be to them in 10 years for my 3rd car and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great car guaranteed to last and for a stress free environment. They also are always there if questions arise after the purchase and they stay true to their word of providing ongoing support. Get yourself and your next car ready with Road Ready. You'd be foolish not to!!! More

Great Experience I never heard of this used car dealership until my son found it on Autotrader. I'm glad that we went there because the sales staff and the owner were I never heard of this used car dealership until my son found it on Autotrader. I'm glad that we went there because the sales staff and the owner were great. We were looking for a full sized pick-up and I was quite surprised by the huge selection. We looked at a number of trucks and Fred, our salesman, patiently went through each one, in the rain. The purchase process was seamless and the owner even called me yesterday to follow up on the truck. I would recommend Road Ready to everyone. More
