Absolutely horrible experience! !AVOID ROAD READY LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!!. Tried multiple times to test drive a vehicle with them and was met with deceit and lies. Was told the battery w !AVOID ROAD READY LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!!. Tried multiple times to test drive a vehicle with them and was met with deceit and lies. Was told the battery was dead and needed to be charged and to come back later in the day (the techs were too busy power washing the cars to have them do it at that very moment???). When returning back later that day the salesmen said the hood latch was broken and the techs couldn't open the hood. After inspecting this for myself it was discovered that the hood latch was in perfect working order and the next excuse was they didn't have a proper battery. So was told to come back another day..... After FINALLY being able to test drive the vehicle we were met with countless needless fees such as vin number etching!? ($299!?). The upper management makes it seem like you need them more than they need you, which is 100% FALSE. Don't be sucked in to this dealer by the facade they show with their fancy showroom. Underneath all the tacky signs and gimmicks you are met with impersonal salespeople looking to squeeze you for every dollar. 0/10 never will I consider buying a car from here ever again. Remember you have to deal with them to service your vehicle as well if the warranty is purchased so the nightmare never ends.... More
