I traveled out of state over two hours to look at a 2021 Honda Accord priced at $33,899.00 on line. When it came time to purchase the vehicle, the price was actually just shy of $41,000.00 (before financin Honda Accord priced at $33,899.00 on line. When it came time to purchase the vehicle, the price was actually just shy of $41,000.00 (before financing). Part of this new price included a charge of $698.00 which I was told all dealers charge and then a, “platinum protection package” totaling $2,596.00 that the dealership was unable to fully explain. I wondered: “what type of protection package would a car that only has roughly 4k miles need? After traveling over two hours from Massachusetts a manager finally said, “I’m sorry you came all this way but the price is what it is” and there was 0 room for any flexibility or an explanation in additional charges that made no sense. I can’t begin to describe how disappointed in this dealership I am and how misled I was. I wound up purchasing this same exact car with the same features and color in Massachusetts for $3,000.00 less. The only difference is that the car I purchased was not in an accident like the car that I looked at this dealership. Again, this was not something disclosed to me before traveling two hours to get there. Very shady dealership overall. I also had to listen to the salesperson talk about how catalytic converters were stolen from some of their vehicles on the lot as well as lots of other stuff I didn’t need to hear that had nothing to do with the car I was buying. Not a good experience from the first call to finally having the freedom to leave the lot. Worst buying experience I’ve had ever buying a car by far. More

If you are in to cars, it would be a nice trip just to drop in for a visit, you won't be disappointed. Thanks to the sales manager Bill and the finance manager Amanda, both of whom were direct but not pushy, for making this transaction a great memory for me and my son.
