Review: Road Ready Used Cars - Ansonia, CT I recently had an interview scheduled with Road Ready Used Cars in Ansonia, CT, for the position of Automotive Sales Specialist. Despite confirming my attendanc had an interview scheduled with Road Ready Used Cars in Ansonia, CT, for the position of Automotive Sales Specialist. Despite confirming my attendance, my experience was far from professional. I arrived dressed in a full Brooks Brothers outfit paired with Dr. Martens boots, which I believed was entirely appropriate and presentable, especially considering the day’s temperature was over 80 degrees. However, upon arrival, Bill, one of the employees, immediately judged my attire as inappropriate. He asked condescendingly if I had read the job description regarding interview attire, even though the job posting made no mention of prohibiting dress shorts or specified any strict dress code for interviews. His approach was not only unprofessional but also rude, leading to my being asked to leave without even getting the opportunity to showcase my qualifications and experience. Offended by his insult to my intelligence and attire, I asked Bill for his employee card. He claimed not to have a business card, which seemed highly unusual. As I was leaving the facility, Bill followed me out of the store and yelled, “I have your information as well!” I took this as a direct threat against me, and I am now genuinely in fear of him. This type of behavior is not only unprofessional but also extremely unsettling. This incident raises serious questions about the company’s professionalism and the legality of such discriminatory and threatening behavior. It’s disheartening to think that in this day and age, an outfit that is both stylish and comfortable in hot weather could lead to such a negative and frightening experience. I was genuinely interested in this opportunity, but the treatment I received was completely unacceptable. I hope Road Ready Used Cars takes this feedback seriously and reflects on how they treat potential employees in the future. More

Last month I bought my wife the car she had as a teenager and surprised her with it. The sales team was good, and the finance manager, Amanda was great! Car had a few issues with it that I noted during the t and surprised her with it. The sales team was good, and the finance manager, Amanda was great! Car had a few issues with it that I noted during the test drive, and the owner agreed to have them fixed prior to picking up the car. On the way home I noticed that one of the issues wasn’t resolved, and I didn’t want to wait on surprising the wife. Called the dealership when I got home and the Owner scheduled a service appointment to make good on fixing the issue. I brought the car back and they made good on fixing the car. Great overall experience. Thank you. More
