First time I didn’t feel like I was under pressure! I came into the lot just looking. A wonderful gentleman named Steven had walked up and asked me if I had any questions. The facility was very neat, clean and inviting for a good car buying experience. The vehicles are hand selected by the owner and are in very good condition with low miles for the year. My kids were able to enjoy a snack and refreshment while they played in the waiting room and were totally content. When the owner found out I was a serviceman he personally came and introduced himself and shared some of his busy schedule making sure we had everything we wanted out of the vehicle we were buying. The services offered and general practice of the staff were very thorough and done to a high standard. My vehicle was spotless and had a brand new undercoating spray applied. Awesome work. I would definitely go back to get my next car and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a quality vehicle. More

Terrible Service I purchased a vehicle and drove it off the lot on Wednesday 7/31/19. On Thursday as I was on my way to work "gas cap leak and tire pressure" warning l I purchased a vehicle and drove it off the lot on Wednesday 7/31/19. On Thursday as I was on my way to work "gas cap leak and tire pressure" warning lights came on almost simultaneously. On Friday the "check engine" light came on. I called and spoke to Danny S who then referred me to Vinny. I was able to reset the gas cap warning as all I had to do was tighten the cap. To be clear, I still haven't put gas in the car so I'm not the one who caused the light to come on. I brought the car to Vinny and he reset the tire pressure and turned the check engine light off. His explanation was that the gas leak caused the check engine light to come on. He advised me to drive the car at least 20 miles and if the tire pressure light doesn't go off give him a call. I drove the car - check engine light and tire pressure light came back on. Fast forward to today 8/29/19 almost a month later the car has been back there 5 times, they sent me somewhere else to get the issue resolved. I drop the car off at said location and after a few hours I find out that they did not install the car starter that was causing the issue. I now call Vinny back and he tells me there is nothing they can do and it would be my expense to fix the issue. Ron the owner said he "didn't make the car so he's under no legal obligation to fix it, he's doing me a favor." with a cigarette in his hand blowing smoke in my face the whole time! Danny S the salesman has washed his hands of any responsibility and Dave the Manager never emailed me back when I asked what my options were in terms of getting a different car. The customer service at Road Ready has been the worse, they take no responsibility for the cars on their lot. They only care about making the sale and once you leave the lot it is not their problem. I just paid $15,886 for this car. How is it that in less than 24 hours lights are coming on? Could it be that Road Ready's cars are not so Road Ready? The name should read Road Ready after you bring it back several times and pay a little extra. The reviews are fraudulent as they ask people to write them while they are there before the experience is complete! The review pages are all set up for them at a 5 star and they ask that you write something. Danny offered me a free oil change if I did all 7 review pages which I declined. More
