Danny S. was great! i came in everyone was friendly, Danny showed me a few cars, i fell in love with one of them. Danny answered all my questions and was patient with me, i came in everyone was friendly, Danny showed me a few cars, i fell in love with one of them. Great Experience! could'nt ask for more I worked with Steve Magura, he helped me out with everything and found a way for me to get my loan when i thought there was no other way, he called me I worked with Steve Magura, he helped me out with everything and found a way for me to get my loan when i thought there was no other way, he called me when he was not even in work to help me while he was having his breakfast on his own time, very respectful, very down to earth guy, NOTHING like a regular clingy, car dealer shark, an actually very personable, very down to earth guy, i will actually willingly come back here to get other work done when i need it instead of going elsewhere, they are very personable, respectful, happy, NOT FAKE, people, the place is beautiful, very comfortable, they have a soda bar, popcorn, beautiful leather couches and televisions and food and snacks for you, i don't know what else to say other than i ABSOLUTELY give this a higher than 5 star rating, even if you are just looking, you can feel safe your not going to be attacked when you walk in, you can look all you want and if you want help they will help you, everything is clearly laid out for you, very straightforward, explained well and i had a VERY good experience. Unhelpful after vehicle purchase, of course Road Ready service department was difficult to make an appointment with (2 weeks!), was rude (told us before even looking at the vehicle that the issu Road Ready service department was difficult to make an appointment with (2 weeks!), was rude (told us before even looking at the vehicle that the issue would not be covered with the extensive warranty we were sold for $2K), and actually did not even do the job correctly. When we contacted Road Ready manager and owner about this issue we did not even get a reply. We took our car to be serviced at a official Toyota dealer and will not purchase a car here again. They sold us a story the first vehicle we bought and were suckers to do it a second time, when they swore they were a different company this time. Beware! More
