Painless transaction when I came to pick up the vehicle. Only thing I would say that bothered me was that I was going to be charged for some items I didn't want or ask for. The explanation given was that their site says they aren't part of the car price but don't really leave it as optional. I was able to have those charges removed. VIN etching is listed as optional. I couldn't waive that fee. ($200) Overall, I am happy with my experience and would look here for future needs. I appreciate the customer service, especially from Chris. More
