I called prior to my arrival at the dealership to have a car removed from the showroom floor for a test drive since I work long hours and had little time to spend making my purchase. Not only did he have one car removed, but I asked to test drive another car that was on the floor which is currently siiting in my garage. Jan, who works in finance, was a delight to work with and explained different finance options that I was not even aware of. She is genuine and very knowledgeable about her job.
