"Dont live up to their end of the deal"

Bought a new Hyundai tuscon and was promised a free detail. Thought a picked the right choice going to rob green, went to get my free detail and suddenly it doesnt exist, be sure and get every thing in writing their word is no good. Just a ploy to sale a car. Should have went with toyota.

"Overcharged for bad diagnosis "

Took my truck in for a scheduled service and possible fuel filter change. I was still waiting three hours later when they told me it wouldn't start and I would need $1444 worth of parts. When I insisted they just change the fuel filter as I asked, miraculously the truck started. And then they charged me $209 for the incorrect diagnostic skills of a parts swappers. The service guy never could explain the situation. Terrible service

I have had a problem with my Nissan truck for a couple of months which at least two mechanics in town could not solve and gave up on it. I took it to Rob Green dealership and within a few minutes the mechanics detected the problem and solved it very efficiently and with a reasonable price. "Purchased a lemon"

We been bought a used 4 runner from Ron Green. We live in Boise so we had their mechanic check the vehicle and paid for a diagnostic test before we bought it. The vehicle broke down on the way home in Mountain Home. The staff at Rob Green wouldn't do anything to help us out. Eventually, they stopped returning our calls. Even the general manager wouldn't call. We had a mechanic from Boise look at it and turns out it needs a new head gasket and the steering box went out. Horrible customer service.

"Purchased Haulmark Trailer"

I was disappointed that the trailer I purchased didn't have a spare tire. The other trailers we had looked at had them. Forgot to check on this trailer when we settled on buying this one. Guess that's my mistake. I just assumed they all came with a spare. Had to go find a salesman to help us. We had been on the lot for about 20 minutes and no one came out. We finally had to go inside to find one to help us. Otherwise, everything else was good. I apologize that I don't remember the other 2 people we worked with. Jordan was our salesman, and he was great.
