Great Service I have had a problem with my Nissan truck for a couple of months which at least two mechanics in town could not solve and gave up on it. I took it to Rob Green dealership and within a few minutes the mechanics detected the problem and solved it very efficiently and with a reasonable price. We live in Boise so we had their mechanic check the vehicle and paid for a diagnostic test before we bought it. The vehicle broke down on the way home in Mountain Home. The staff at Rob Green wouldn't do anything to help us out. Eventually, they stopped returning our calls. Even the general manager wouldn't call. We had a mechanic from Boise look at it and turns out it needs a new head gasket and the steering box went out. Horrible customer service. More

Purchased Haulmark Trailer I was disappointed that the trailer I purchased didn't have a spare tire. The other trailers we had looked at had them. Forgot to check on this traile I was disappointed that the trailer I purchased didn't have a spare tire. The other trailers we had looked at had them. Forgot to check on this trailer when we settled on buying this one. Guess that's my mistake. I just assumed they all came with a spare. Had to go find a salesman to help us. We had been on the lot for about 20 minutes and no one came out. We finally had to go inside to find one to help us. Otherwise, everything else was good.
