If they got rid of him the atmosphere in the dealership would greatly improved, and as for the salesman they make promises they don't honor just to make a sale. If you cannot be straightforward with people, it really sucks to deal with people like that. the manager Kevin has to go. I have bought numerous vehicles from university and always had the deal get screwed up due to certain salesmen. Ray, Ed, and Jorge were absolutely amazing!!! I am a proud father of 3 and we were without car, not only did this team put me in a vehicle, but at by far the best price. Due to location only I started this process with 3 competitive dealerships closer to where with live. Over 5 days I got the run around from all three. I called Ray and told him what was happening. He called me back after physically touching the vehicle to make sure it was on the property and available for sale. On a Saturday Night with 20mins to close, I was in my new car heading home to my family! This truly is the class of the class. They were hit with the Hurricane as many of us, lights on with generators they still went above and beyond any of my expectations. I will absolutely look forward to my relationship with University!
