What a MESS! Save yourself the trouble I purchased a Ram truck in December under the condition that my prior lease vehicle be paid off. Ron Lanbdin University agreed and stated that the payment would be sent within 7 to 10 days. After the tenth day I checked online and found that the payoff payment had not been sent. I called the dealer and I was told a story which turned into a different story. It has been almost a month and no payoff payment has been made and the dealer's manager who was suppose to take care of the matter personally hasn't responded to my calls or return my calls for the passed three days. This has to be one of the most unprofessional dealers I have ever done business with. My prior lease account is past due and has incurred a late fee because of the lack of respect they have for their customers. I am very disappointed and frustrated!!! More
LIARS, SCAM ARTISTS, NO CUSTOMER SERVICE I purchased a 2014 preowned charger from University. Countless hours of my time to fix all of it. #2 They advertised my vehicle to come with "2 years, NO charge oil changes." I even went over that before I signed all of my paper work with Ray Lugo, he assured me that the offer followed my vehicle by VIN#. LIAR!! When I called and questioned him and the manager, they talked to me like I was a fool just trying to get something for free. THEY SAID THAT THE OFFER IS A MARKETING SCHEME. What xxxxxxxx!! And finally #3... I called service to say my vehicle was running/shifting a bit funny. Manny in service told me OVER THE PHONE that my car is perfectly normal. He argued that all Chargers run that way. He basically turned me away and dismissed everything I was saying. Brought my car to Arrigo Dodge and SURE ENOUGH, THERE WAS A PROBLEM WITH THE COMPUTER SYSTEM. Worst experience with these uneducated, worthless, xxxxxxx, lying pieces of garbage at UNIVERSITY DODGE. bad attitudes & rude sales reps Came here looking to purchase a new ram, spoke to steve online first and he was not willing to budge on the price at all. Talked to chris online and on the phone and he kept having to go talk to his manager to get approval for letting the price and kept saying he'd call back but didn't. Called him back eventually and he said he was still working on it. Decided to go into the dealership and after telling the sharks we were already working with someone, we decided to speak to chris in person, he gave us over to claude and once claude found out what we wanted to pay out the door he just kept laughing. We were 500 off of our price and they would not make a deal so we walked. Supposedly going to call us back tomorrow if there is better new incentives for july but I doubt it. Lost a sale & financing for only $500. Not to mention claude kept complaining how crappy of a day it was today. More

When I get to finance it says 4.6 So besides being liars from the get go the experience was ok.. after all I did want to driver out my new SRT8 Charger.- But after the sale is done they can care less about any of your needs- I canceled my Gap Insurance FOUR months ago and the finance guy Mike Andreu said it was going to be 6-8 weeks for the refund now I call and call and leave messages and write emails and NOTHING-- I call Chrysler Financial and they said it is not canceled. ARE YOU SERIOUS.. four months later. I WOULD NEVER NEVER EVER BUY A CAR FROM these Incompetent sharks ever again More
I visited University Dodge to look at minivans. Kharlos was great! I was a little annoyed to drive up and see salesmen waiting outside (circa 1980) but Kharlos was so friendly and nice. He asked what was important to me and showed me those vehicles. He didn't try to upsell me - I felt he was genuinely interested in helping me find the vehicle that would meet my needs. He was also very patient with my young and energetic kids! So even though we aren't going the minivan route, for those of you thinking about where to buy, or for those of you worried about pressure and the general pains associated with some dealerships, go see Kharlos at University Dodge.
