The people of the service department were great. My only complaint is that you should explain to people that their 'appointment times' are not for them but are to judge how many workers to bring in My only complaint is that you should explain to people that their 'appointment times' are not for them but are to judge how many workers to bring in on the weekends. I reserved a 9am 'appointment' but had to wait 2 hours before car was brought in. It should be explained better so people can plan accordingly. More

Fill out agreement on a computer and then received printed copy of agreement which was very inaccurate and different. They add warranty, other items with a huge charge that declined and refuse to re printed copy of agreement which was very inaccurate and different. The dealership matched a deal I had at another dealer for the same vehicle. This dealership is much closer. This was the most unprofessional dealership I have ever been to. Everyone had a cell phone in their the same vehicle. This dealership is much closer. This was the most unprofessional dealership I have ever been to. Everyone had a cell phone in their hand watching videos instead of paying any attention the the client at their desk. I almost walked out numerous times. I asked for a drop in bed liner to close the deal. The way I was told no, with a crumpled up piece of paper was beyond unprofessional. I still question myself as to why I didn’t walk out. More
