Your dealership had the most inventory within a 250 mile radius and the better prices. What I didnt like is the added extras you tack on to the price which I feel should be optional like the paint and fabri radius and the better prices. What I didnt like is the added extras you tack on to the price which I feel should be optional like the paint and fabric protection, vehicle etch, GPS tracker thou you did remove this one item...the $80 maintenance which I was told was for years worth of oil changes but yet the finance girl told me the first two years of maintenance are included...so seems like this is double dipping....but again these should all be optional and not forced on the buyer..... Rosemary was great to deal with.....your detail guys are lacking quality control....the vehicle etch sticks had been put on without any care or attention and when I tried to removed to make straight or move to a different position...well after that they didn't really stick so I removed them. It's the lite things that make a huge difference when someone is spending 50k. Your dealership decal was placed with zero thought at all and even Rosemary said why would they do that and went over to detail to get it removed....the tire pressure was not checked as all four tires are over inflated to prevent flat spots sitting on the lot.....so these surveys are only good if action is taken to fix these although small issues are a big deal to me. More
Was told my car was being diagnosed, next day told car hadn’t been in the shop yet. Was told would be ready tomorrow, multiple times. Took 10 days.
