I had an appointment, which was didn't matter as I was there for a few hours before anyone let me know what was going on. I was then told, they couldn't get to it that day, and I would need to leave it. I there for a few hours before anyone let me know what was going on. But I was told that I couldn't get a ride to the rental place, because no one had time. So I had to sit and wait for my husband to get off work and come take me. they had my car for 4 days, and never found the issue. instead they put a Band-Aid on it and said come back when it starts giving me trouble again. because they did not "diagnose" the problem, I had to pay out of pocket for my rental (I pay for a warranty). When I did pick up my car, my service rep said he would see what he could do with the warranty, and I was told I just leave the rental with them and they return it, and Enterprise confirmed to do that. That was on August 26th, they did not inform Enterprise that the rental was there until August 30th, costing me 4 extra days on the rental! More
