Awful, I purchased a used truck this year 2021. The water pump exploded literally 3 months in. Then the engine started to give out about 6 months of purchase, thank God I had warranty plan. The service department manager lied to my face, and he had my truck for 12 days to service the windshield wipers. I purchased 2 new trucks over 130 thousand dollars in one day. The communication skills in the service department are non-existent. Hector, my service advisor, never told me my truck would take longer to fix than expected, and wouldn’t answer or return my phone calls non-existent. When I finally got my truck back, he kept talking over me and interrupting me when I tried to explain why I wasn’t happy with him. He went as far as to say, “hopefully I won’t be working here much longer anyways.” My truck was also filthy when I got it back. They didn’t even bother to send it through the car wash. I tried getting in contact with the general manager multiple times, and to this day have not received a call back. I am extremely disappointed in the service I got at Rob Lambdin’s University Dodge.
