Brought a 2021 scat pack calendar RT plus there are 2 blocks I noticed when I got home the front brakes were chattering and like metal hitting metal I took it in one month later to get service I went on blocks I noticed when I got home the front brakes were chattering and like metal hitting metal I took it in one month later to get service I went on a Friday super fool nobody can help me they say I need to make an appointment I understand I made an appointment for Wednesday at 7:00 a.m. text didn't get there to line OK I got there at 8:00 a.m. gave the technician the keys at 8:30 a.m. wait 7 hours came back all they did was park the car in the back no good I spoke to the manager knocked on his door Mr. Edwin the manager for the service department and I he said how can I help you I explained to him what's going on his response was I don't know you who are you you're just coming to the office you don't say your name and you completely Walked into my office the inchris didn't say your name I apologize I said I'm sorry my name is Carlos Fernandez his response was I get thousands of customers like that how do you know they didn't look at your car because the technician told me he didn't look at the car I go outside I tell them thank you for your time I speak into my wife I'm telling her this service really sucks this manager Mr. Edwin runs out of his office he charges towards torched me he says I don't appreciate you talking like that you can't talk like that I said listen I'm highly upset just give me the keys to my car this manager says get out of my shop get out of my my facilities Very nasty nasty service one of the worst service and all of the United States of America this Mr. Edwin Needs to be dealt with he does not have the right to scream and yell at customers and kick them out especially when a customer has brought a couple of cars in less than a year never had an issue with the sales person but service really really sucks More
