factory warranty issue w/2019 Ram 1500. Numerous phone calls-texts not returned by service advisor and office staff. Chrysler is really slow supplying dealers w/replacement rear window kits.Customers are waiting many months with leaking rear windows !! Factory defect and big hassle-inconvienence for customers !!! Everything was great with this dealer in the beginning. Everything with the salesman was fine until I met with the finance manager, Mizael Cruz, who handled my finance paperwork. He was very friendly but seemed to take advantage of that for his own benefit. Not one time did he ever discuss any of the fees the dealer charges. Not one time did he ever discuss any vehicle add on's that were to be charged to the contract. He never went over anything on the contract. He just handed me sheets to sign. My fault for not asking to see everything I was signing. I told him I was not interested in any extended warranty but that I was interested in the tire and wheel protection. BAD MOVE on my part. He then told me they offered a plan that included the tire and wheel protection with services and a few other items. He never discussed individual pricing for each item but only showed me what my payment layout would be. Initially it looked ok but after I left the dealer, I found out he added on multiple items totaling over $3500. He even told me dodge did not offer road side assistance and then added in a tow policy for $300. Found out later when going through the owners manual that dodge does have free roadside assistance for the entire warranty period. They don't offer plans that cover everything, he just added all of the items together. He also threw in the extended warranty I told him I did not want. When I tried to cancel the traceable theft protection that apparently was a vehicle add on for $299 which had a cancelation policy, he told me it could not be canceled. When I showed him the contract that clearly said "If this limited warranty is cancelled with 60 days from the effective date, the refund shall be 100% of the purchase price", he still said it could not be canceled. I have reached out to the general manager, Nick Salerno by email about the situation but have not received a response. I had to file a compliant with the better business bureau. Word of advice to anyone buying a car from this dealer, make sure you have the finance manager go over all the details of everything you are signing. They must make a great commission for the amount of add on items they can slip past you. Seems this dealer just loves to add on items hoping you won't notice. As for the vehicle, you would think after spending over $40,000 , the dealer could at least detail the vehicle for you but nope, they just do a quick car wash that was half done. This dealer is ok as far as the sales side goes but the finance dept. is very shady to say the least. I guess that is why they have a F rating with the better business bureau. More
