the women answering the phones tried to be helpful, but it was almost impossible to get updates from my service manager. The vehicle was there for 2 months. I realize there was a wait for parts. This was a logo'd company vehicle that should have been on the road. When my assistant went to pick it up they waited for almost an hour because the service department could not find it. He finally walked out into the yard and pointed it out. you asked me to rate the people I worked with the two names listed are not people I interacted with, unless they were the ones that helped my assistant when she was paying and picking up the vehicle. I ended up taking the vehicle elsewhere to get the a/c fixed. More
