My sales person was not knowledgeable about your own buying process, the supervisor who got involved couldn't be bothered with meeting me when I came in to purchase. Was extremely disappointed. Purchased a new 2500 Ram Promaster. I requested to have the new vehicle delivered to my office that was 20 miles away. This seemed like an abnormal request by the reaction Promaster. I requested to have the new vehicle delivered to my office that was 20 miles away. This seemed like an abnormal request by the reaction I got. I was made to believe that they were going above and beyond to satisfy that request. When the vehicle was delivered, it was delivered with bird poop still all over it from it sitting on the lot and with 1/2 a tank of gas. If I am going to spend $50,000+ on a vehicle, a simple request to have that vehicle delivered to the house or office where its housed at is not a crazy ask (as long as its within 20-30 minutes drive). And at least make sure the vehicle is clean and has a full tank of gas when its delivered. I don't see myself ever purchasing a vehicle from Rob Lambdin's again. At least not that location. The Ram Promaster is pretty nice though. It drives great and has all of the features we needed. More

Bradley the service tech that checked me in,assisted me during an oil change at the dealership, going out of his way to make sure all my needs were addressed. He also made a recommendation for figure oil during an oil change at the dealership, going out of his way to make sure all my needs were addressed. He also made a recommendation for figure oil changes to get the Mopar oil change package, which I purchased. I like when an employee goes that extra step, which he did.
