WORST DEALERSHIP EVER!!!Never going to buy again at WORST DEALERSHIP EVER!!! Never going to buy again at this place! First time i experienced hard time getting a license plate. They said it will take WORST DEALERSHIP EVER!!! Never going to buy again at this place! First time i experienced hard time getting a license plate. They said it will take 6 weeks from the purchase date to release the plate because of the delayed. Delayed of what?! Cannot even give you a definitive answer. Im sorry but everyone doesn't know what they are doing. There is NO MANAGER at this place to file a complaint. VERY POOR customer service! RUN AWAY! More

service department absolutely horrible. My vehicle has been in their possession for a full month now, and they still haven't begun working on it. The communication here is just awful. Service department manager Artie assumes no responsibility, nor accountability. You would expect the "leader"/"manager" to take head of the situation at hand, but I guess its a lot easier to not reply to phone calls, or return any messages. A month, and I have not spoken to a manager. Just reps transferring me from one rep to another. I even called one time, and they transferred me to Mitsubishi university. I can not seem to get anything resolved. I would much rather pay the old guy up the street to fix my vehicle than to bring it here. Horrible experience! And this was my first time bringing the vehicle here for service. NEVER AGAIN. NOT I! More
