They took their time to discuss numbers and options until we agreed . The financial agent (colombian/Uruguayan) was very helpful as well the cashier . In and out! Love my scat pack! Claude, my sales person, is the man. Very helpful and laid back. I didnt feel pressured into getting something I didn't want. That's the best feeling!
