Disappointed in sales department Must say this is a great inventory dealership has a huge lot to choose from . I bought a dodge challenger couple weeks ago with a check engine light Must say this is a great inventory dealership has a huge lot to choose from . I bought a dodge challenger couple weeks ago with a check engine light on a new car the sales person told me it's because he had to jump the car and the light just need a reset and to come in the morning it shouldn't take less then 10 minutes , I get there they took me in without a problem return the car to me with no check engine light as I'm driving back home the light comes back on I immediately turn around and drop the car off at the service they now say it's an exhaust actuator that needs to be replaced and it would take two days to have my car back . I get a call in two days from service they say they didn't get the part and it will now be ready 5 days after the car was dropped off . It's now 3 hours before the service closes on the day it was suppose to be ready I call my sales person To check on the car for me . I get a call from service to tell me the part still hasn't arrived and they need 3 more days !! That's when I drive over to the dealership ask my sales person 30 minutes in advanced to have a manager available by the time I get there so we can work things out i get there and Then sit there for another 30 minutes waiting for a manager (he never came ) my sales person meanwhile trying to convince me it's not a big deal and it will be taken care of in 3 more days . But is lacking the understanding that I'm a new car buyer and not a happy with being at service dealing with headaches . I do understand I have warranty but I didn't buy a new car for it to be In service the first week. I eventually just walked up to the manager who helped with the deal his name is Jeff i explained the situation to him and asked to put me into another car to keep me as a happy client and his words to me were Eli your STUCK we already send the paper work to the bank we cant help you I'll call you tomorrow and we will talk about it but for now leave it at service !. It's been two week and Jeff still hasn't called me back horrible customer service after you bought your car they don't care about you anymore. Typical sales people now after all that aggravation and being told I'm stuck in a new car with a problem I spoke with the service manager Anderson and he was able to locate the parts from another vehicle and install it for me immediately. I learned not to trust any sales person especially if they are guessing ! Not professional ! Sales person Raymond still hasn’t even tried to reach out and ask how everything went with everything ! Horrible customer service ! Don’t waste your time here you’ll be disappointed ! More

When I’m shopping for a car/truck (truck in this case), I tend to notice the negatives more than the positives, but this dealership didn’t really give me many reasons to ding ‘em any points. I didn’t care for the extended warranty sales push, but that’s part of the business, so I can’t ride them too hard about that. I can say the price I paid for my truck was lower than anywhere else and by a fairly significant amount. Overall, I’m happy with my purchase and the buying experience. I would/will go back again if I need another vehicle. One caveat to my review- I have not yet had to have any work done or had any issues with my truck, so I can’t comment yet on how responsive they are to vehicle issues. My review is for the purchasing process only. More
