Was in process of purchasing used Silverado. I have a Honda Ridgeline that I purchased at same dealer 10 months back that was to be used as trade in. The Honda Ridgeline had under 3000 miles I have a Honda Ridgeline that I purchased at same dealer 10 months back that was to be used as trade in. The Honda Ridgeline had under 3000 miles added since I purchased it. Dealer gave me a set price. Then I go to finalize deal and was told I needed to give an additional $1400.00 due to my Honda Ridgeline trade in needing new tires. Was also told price went up due to it being the 1st of the month. Bait and switch is what I call it. On top of it, I asked the sales rep on 3 separate occasions if vehicle I wanted to purchase was Certified. His response was vague all 3 times. Never got a strait answer. I then contacted Jimmy Stallings - General Manager, with my issue. This was 3-days ago. As of today, no response. What ever happened to Customer Service? These guys have a no give a xxxx attitude and are the type giving car dealers a bad name. More
