In the past two months I have had to take my 2020 GMC 2500 to Robins for repairs. I did not purchase this vehicle there but in the past the service was excellent. These two trips my vehicle was eventua 2500 to Robins for repairs. I did not purchase this vehicle there but in the past the service was excellent. These two trips my vehicle was eventually repaired but the communication was terrible. The service department uses Text messages to communicate solely. I'm sorry but texts messages creates more questions then answers. It is my understanding that the upper management created this problem. Proper communication with customer is imperative. More
