All I needed done was an oil change and tire rotation and I ended up waiting for 3 hours. I even had an appointment scheduled and I still had to wait that long. I should have been pushed to the front of the I ended up waiting for 3 hours. I even had an appointment scheduled and I still had to wait that long. I should have been pushed to the front of the line—before the drive ups. I’m never coming here again for service. They also overcharged me with it being $100 for an oil change and tire rotation. That’s ridiculous. This was the absolute worst service experience I’ve ever had here. The cashier was not even available when I was ready to check out. Would NOT recommend. More

Mrs Martha Synder has always helped me when I have a question with my car she sold to me. Even though it's been about ten years since I bought my car all I have had to do was call and ask her a quest question with my car she sold to me. Even though it's been about ten years since I bought my car all I have had to do was call and ask her a question and she do not hesitate to help me. Robbins service department sucks. I called set up a recall for an airbag, they called me right back and said don't bring my truck down on the scheduled appointment day we will call you when your part c recall for an airbag, they called me right back and said don't bring my truck down on the scheduled appointment day we will call you when your part comes in. Three months later, J Pauley said my part was in at Robbins so they couldn't do the recall. Hmm still no call from Robbins. Won't ever service my vehicles here again. Oh and no I shouldn't have to call them I did my part they dropped the ball. More
