Recently someone backed into us in a parking lot so we took it into to there January 8-2021 We bought an almost new Jeep Cherokee their last spring. Recently someone backed into us in a parking lot so we took it into to there body shop to get repaired. When we went to pick it up we had a check from the insurance company for the repairs minus 500.00. They would not release the car untill we paid the whole bill including the deductabill. I didn't have a check with me so i had to put the 500.00 on a credit card even though the insurance was sending the money. we were told sorry that our policy. We bought the car there, but no way would they release the car untill we [paid the whole bill. Also after we got the car we found out that it did not have the owners book in the car and we were told that we would have to buy it if we wanted it. This is poor customer service to the max. I would not recommend this dealership to any one, let alone buy anyother vehicles from them. Ron Rosgen More
