I went in for a transmission problem for the 3rd or 4th time. I was very pleased with Evan and his crew who finally got thru to Chrysler to get me a new one. Everything was excellent except I wasn't shown the car fax until it was time to sign all the paperwork. Wasn't happy about that. Also I was there way to long. Shouldn't take 7 hrs to buy a vehicle. I was there at 9am and didn't leave until after 4pm. Not happy about that. I even told the salesman first thing I didn't want to be there all day..but they didn't seem to care about that at all. But I love the vehicle I bought so I can get over it. Should be a quicker way to buy a vehicle without taking 7 to 8 hrs. More

It’s been almost 4 weeks since my wife and I purchased the 2018 Yukon and we are still getting the run around on the 2nd key for the vehicle. Supposedly the used care manager says it’s at the Albany deale the 2018 Yukon and we are still getting the run around on the 2nd key for the vehicle.
