I spent years selling cars myself, so I know how difficult it can be. I sent in an online inquiry through the website, and I was promptly contacted exactly as specified in my inquiry by Scott Cole. difficult it can be. We were looking for a replacement Jeep, as our previous Jeep was totaled in an accident. I gave Scott a list of the must have items for my wife and I. Very quickly, he had 3 different options that mostly fit our needs but were not exactly what we both wanted. Scott continued his search for the right vehicle for us and found a perfect match. Now for negotiations, ughhh.... what everyone hates. Scott made it so easy. We applied online right from home and he went above and beyond to work on our deal in his off time. Amazing. Then when it came time to sit down and talk numbers, he gave us a fair price right from the go, and showed us payment options for the new car. It took my wife and I a total of about 5 seconds to decide which option because I had told scott what I was thinking budget wise prior to our visit, and his manager tailored it to our budget. We had to be realistic though. He got it sent into the detail bays in the back, got us into see the nicest finance manager I have ever met. She got me the right amount of protection on my new ride (with small children, it is a need for sure) and like that it was done. Easy and pain free. Scott rejoined us and showed us how all the features in our new Jeep Renegade Trailhawk worked and paired my phone as well as my wife's, plus got us both set up on the Guardian app as well. And like that we were off to the trails. So far we have already gotten her muddy and had some fun, and scott made sure to follow up with us to make sure all was right, and to see if there was anything he could do for us to make our buying experience better. All around, despite covid 19, this visit to the dealer was rather carefree and easy. The team at Roberson Motors have for sure earned my business for life. Job well done. More
