Scott Cole was our salesman and he was fantastic. The sales manager at the time made the process take much longer than it needed to be. Scott was an amazing salesman ,I was very pleased with him. I would say Robersons is an average dealer overall definitely not the worst I’ve dealt with but also not near the top of my list either. I have purchased between 20-25 vehicles from dealerships in my time.I would put Robersons in the middle of the pack. I often find good or great salespeople hindered by the dealer they work for. More

Roberson was easy to work with, upfront, and straightforward. I would recommend them. I live in Alaska, and buying a car remotely can be challenging. He got right back to me, stayed responsive and answered all my questions thoroughly, did everything he said he would do, and there were no surprises. It was a pleasure working with him. I have loved coming to Roberson and working with John Freeman. I started coming here when I needed my first car all the way to now when I’m needing a bigger vehicle for my family. Such a seamless buying experience at Roberson Motors. My vehicle took almost 8 months to build (with delays from the factory, supply chain issues, etc) and the communication from the factory was non-exis My vehicle took almost 8 months to build (with delays from the factory, supply chain issues, etc) and the communication from the factory was non-existent as well, but Scott and the team kept me updated as much as possible and did everything they could to get me the car quickly when it finally arrived in Portland. More
