I received one more update call a few weeks later and then finally a call and text the day the vehicle was placed on the lot and I purchased the car that day. The communication through out the process was great - not too much and just enough. The only disappointment during this process was the cleanliness of the vehicle. While it was reportedly detailed prior to sale there was pine needles in the trunk, wet dirt in center console, marks on seats/carpet, dirt on the walls of the car that simply needed washed with a wet rag - easy fixes for me but would have been nice if done prior to purchase. More

Kody is super knowledgeable and took us on several rides in different ones until we found the perfect one! I only dealt with Kody when it came down to numbers (no credit manager, etc). Every single time I’ve bought a car somewhere else, they come back with a huge payment amount and then we go back and forth. I've been a Chevrolet truck guy for several decades with several trucks, but driving her Jeep home I actually felt a change happening. After taking the Jeep on a trip to Cody Wyoming, on and off the road, I knew the big switch had happened. We paid her Jeep off and today I purchased a 2019 Jeep Cherokee Latitude. Both white, because everyone knows, dark cars are dirty overnight but white cars stays clean for weeks. I love the look, feel, and handling of this Jeep and for me, that's a big switch.
