As we walked in we were welcomed by the receptionist. Scott greeted us both with a smile, a welcome and a hand shake. After explaining with some vagueness our needs, Scott showed us a selection of vehicles that he felt we might be interested in. We had no idea what Jeep had to offer, so we had many questions, which he was able to clearly answer. After settling on a vehicle we were offered an outstanding price with discount incentives that we didn’t have to ask for. We received a fair value for our trade in and came to an agreement to purchase, no bargaining was needed. With our agreement to purchase we were wecolmed to the “Jeep Family”. We had a equally pleasant experience with the credit lady Maggie, who also welcomed us to the “Jeep Family “. The dealership was beautifully remodeled, the restrooms were spacious and clean. The waiting areas were comfortable and well stocked with conveniences. Scott treated us to refreshments at his expense. Scott’s product knowledge was extensive. We were impressed how he explained every detail of ever feature. This was our best car buying experience ever! More
