Hello, I have been a Robert Basil Cadiilac customer for awhile. I have purchased three new Cadiilac from them in the last 4 years. Customer loyalty I guess now doesn't count for anything. Tried purchasing awhile. I have purchased three new Cadiilac from them in the last 4 years. Customer loyalty I guess now doesn't count for anything. Tried purchasing yet another vehicle from them and my God not willing this time around to make a deal. I was so close on payment, but they state OH SORRY this is what it is. You would think that after purchasing over $125,000 in new Cadillac they would have lowered my payment on the vehicle I was trying to buy by only $30.00 a month. How can they say loyalty when they can't meet you at least half way.I thought thid was a no brainer as I was trading in a 2025 vehicle with only 5,000 miles on it and buying theirs with 34,000 miles onit. Zoe (our sales person) was excellent and provided the attention and care that we needed in the lease of our new Buick Envision. I would strongly recommend her to any and all that I find looking for a new attention and care that we needed in the lease of our new Buick Envision. I would strongly recommend her to any and all that I find looking for a new vehicle. When my lease expires I will also return to Robert Basil and work with Zoe again. Zoe is truly worthy of recognition for the service she provided. Didn't really work with any of the individuals you ask me to rate below! Zoe handled everything except the final financial dealings.
