I decided to buy it. I saw Sabastian in financial department and signed everything. My dad had to overnight a check, so I had to wait to pick up my car the next day. When I went to pick up the car, they had switched cars and tried telling me that the car I test drove and bought was the Buick Encore car. They SWITCHED MY CAR!! And they did it from the get go. They took my car back to "DETAIL IT" and they pulled the VIN off the Encore and had the financial guy have me sign all the papers for purchasing the Encore. I blew my stack and said that it wasn't my car, and Ryan and his manager kept telling me that It was the car I test drove. The liars knew full well it wasn't. So after they continued to try and tell me that I was crazy , I got my check back, ripped it up and left. And now.. I'm calling the Better Business Bureau. The Newspaper who has already been reporting on the shady dealings of their company, and I'm going to the district attorney and telling them what they did, since they have already been in the papers for being investigated for fraud among other things. More

Feel like I got screwed on a previous repair. The part repaired had gone bad again, 9 months after the replacement.
