Ryan was very prompt and was ready to go with all paperwork, etc when I arrived. The trade-in process was easy. Alyssa was very polite and kept me updated on my vehicle while I waited for it to be fixed. The only issue I have is that this is the second time in a week and half since I purchased the car that I had to b while I waited for it to be fixed. The only issue I have is that this is the second time in a week and half since I purchased the car that I had to bring it back in for a problem. The techs should have inspected it more carefully before it was sold. But the service dept 100% made it right and everyone was amazing while I was there. More

Dealership performed as expected. We were able to test drive a couple of vehicles in order to make the best choice for us. But that may be a bigger problem than the dealership. The pressure to give them a high score in all the feedback has also been disappointing. Probably the nature of the business though. More
