Very few staff wore masks. This is alarming. Customers also did not. Lady at front where I had to sit social distancing ran around with face mask around neck. Disgusting. I was supposed to have a detail and paint touch up. The paint touch up was done but the detail was not. Even though i was told my car was in detail when i checked on the status of the vehicle and when i pi paint touch up was done but the detail was not. Even though i was told my car was in detail when i checked on the status of the vehicle and when i picked it up it said “detail” on my invoice but it was not done. But I’m 100% done dealing with this dealership. I wish i never ever bought i car from them. Especially when a detail was never done when i bought the car and they told me i could bring it back anytime to have it done. But when i do and it’s not done, I’m treated like a problem when i ask for a service to be given to me that i should’ve had done in the first place. More
I had the car serviced along with two new tires put on the car for the next three months I had to keep putting air in one of the tires I called in to service they said they would check it my next service the car for the next three months I had to keep putting air in one of the tires I called in to service they said they would check it my next service The car came into service for a oil change and a tire check I was charged Thirty dollars for a bad tire stem they should have repaired it for free I guess I won’t be back for service as I was in there two hours and 45 mins for my service In all that time I was never asked any questions about how the repair service was going I have always in the passed treated very fair and was always happy More
