Service is ok but communication is poor. I left two vm's with Finance to clarify paperwork to get car title, neither was returned. I got a call from Kyle in Titles... I had extensive maintenance on my vehicle on 9/3. On 9/21 I noticed a large puddle of oil on my garage floor. I took the truck back to have the problem corrected. While looking at the invoice from 9/ 9/21 I noticed a large puddle of oil on my garage floor. I took the truck back to have the problem corrected. While looking at the invoice from 9/3 I realized I was not given the discount due me because of the coupon I provided at the first visit. I was given the discount during the second visit and hopefully the leak is correct. Overall not a good customer service visit. More
