Thank you for leaving us this feedback. When diagnosing any AC concerns it’s protocol to do an evacuate and recharge the system in order to find the leak. Just xxxxxxx out the Freon to find the leak will cause not as much Freon to hold when we try to put it back in. We do notify customers of this diagnostic fee before taking action.
