Left my 2019 Acadia last Thursday for oil change & repair of sunroof screen that will not lock into place & was told additional 30,000 maintenance items recommended so I agreed to additional service. Was call early afternoon that service was completed. Came in around 4pm. Was advised by Kristi that the sunscreen only needed adjustment and no parts needed. The invoice stated that the sunroof shade was operating as designed. I paid the $412.98 bill & was told to wait outside and car would be brought around. Went outside and waited for 10 minutes without car being brought around. Went back inside & I asked if car was parked on other side of building. Was told no by Kristi and she would check & have car brought around. Went back out & waited another 10 minutes without the car being brought around. I saw several employees look in my direction but at no time did any employee check with me as to why I was standing in the parking lot waiting for my car. After the first time I went back inside to inquire where my car was a black Acadia & a white pickup were brought around by the kid in a t-shirt and red shorts. A customer drove away in the pickup but the black Acadia remained there. I own a silver Acadia. When I went in I waited 5 minutes for Allison to get off of a phone call so I could ask what the problem was. A few minutes later Kristi came over to say that the service technician had mixed up the work on the black Acadia & my car & that the sunscreen was not repaired but parts had to be ordered. I asked when the parts would be in & was told it would be Monday. I explained that I would not be in town on Monday. Kristi responded that they could pick up my car later in the week from my house. I stated that I was not happy. Response was just "I'm sorry". When I got into my car the outside temperature display was 101 degrees that I had stood outside for 20 minutes waiting for my car. When I got home I call service department & asked for the Service Manager. Kristi came on the phone, I asked if she was the Service Manager & she said she was. I asked to be transferred to the General Manager. She stated he had gone home for the day. I asked what his name was & would he be in on Friday. She said his name was Phil & yes he would be in. On Friday I called for Phil and got a voice mail on which I left a message with my name & phone number & stated I had an issue with service I had received. Phil never showed me the courtesy of returning my call on Friday, Saturday or Sunday. Besides the aggravation of being treated this way, I got to say I am not all that confident that the $400 services that I paid for were actually done on my car rather than the black Acadia. I have purchased 2 vehicles at Brogden and will be in the market for another in the fall. I can't say from this experience that Brogden cares if I purchase from them or use their service department. I had my car towed to this dealership on a Thursday night (instead of Christian Brothers), assuming they could probably handle the diagnostic and any parts needs much faster. Service department was too busy (instead of Christian Brothers), assuming they could probably handle the diagnostic and any parts needs much faster. Service department was too busy to completely diagnose the problem on Friday, so I had to wait until Monday morning, and then the parts had to be ordered. They arrived on Tuesday but again, the department was too busy to complete the work that day. A loner car was finally offered late Tuesday, and the work was completed by Wednesday noon. I'm still giving a five star review because Allison Leach was so good to work with. She multitasks with energy and a genuine smile, is delightfully candid and responds quickly. Definitely a keeper! More

Brought my car in for oil change. Had a nail in the tire they said was irreparable. My husband and I did not agree with that conclusion and I wanted to take it and fix on my own. They were uneasy about doing that saying it was unsafe. Not my first rodeo. Had flat tires before. Knowing I really did not want to pay over $200 for a tire could have easily offered to send me home with the spare but said that was unsafe. I did not realize at the time but you all should have because you do this every day that my spare is a full size spare! This was NOTHING like my previous visits. The service manager, Kristi would not tell me why just that it was not repairable. I am not happy and probably won’t come back, which sucks More
Allison Leach has been FANTASTIC to work with. We have an ongoing issue with our Acadia and she gone above and beyond what we have ever experienced with a car dealership. She has kept us informed, given us a ongoing issue with our Acadia and she gone above and beyond what we have ever experienced with a car dealership. She has kept us informed, given us a courtesy car, etc. etc. Our ongoing issue has been frustrating as it has dragged on for over a year(anti-theft locks up our vehicle and leaves us stranded). Allison has been the only positive thing in this ordeal. We can’t imagine going through this with anyone else. Great job Allison and we thank you for all you have done for us! More

My GMC dash lights come on sometimes and sometimes they don't. I took it in and showed the young lady my pictures with it running and no illumination on the dash and radio. Her resonse was totally unacceptable and apparently no one can trouble shoot anything unless the computer shows the problem. She asked if I was turning down the dimmer switch (twice) I'm 63 and know what a dimmer switch is. Left very unhappy. Joe More
