That surprised me for this dealership. Other that that Kristie worked to help their situation after he left and she was perfect in her delivery and working with them to find a solution. FIVE STARS FOR KRISTIE!!!! More

Always good to work with Brogden. Replaced tires on my GMC 3/4 ton HD in August of 2020. I didn't find out that the wrong load rated tire had been installed until I took it back in for an oil change and t GMC 3/4 ton HD in August of 2020. I didn't find out that the wrong load rated tire had been installed until I took it back in for an oil change and tire rotate. Technician noted on ticket that tires weren't rated for my truck. TPS's weren't calibrated for lower pressure tires that had been installed. That alarmed me because I haul heavy loads at times and drive long distances. All it took was a phone call to the service dept. records were checked and it was concluded that they had, in fact, installed wrong tires last August (9 months prior) and they still corrected it by ordering and installing the proper tires on my truck. That is SERVICE! I also learned a lesson about checking all work done to vehicles when I pick them up from being worked on! More
