Allison was my service writer. She has really good knowledge of auto maintenance and repair. She did everything needed to get the parts ordered and delivered to allow the work to be completed on time knowledge of auto maintenance and repair. I purchased a 2018 Equinox. The purchase went fine. It was missing the roof rails. They promised they would get them & install them. It is getting close to 3 months and I still haven’t seen my rails.
