I took my Sierra in, at 7am, because the check engine light had come on. The service representative informed me that they would call when they knew what the problem was. At 8am he called with the root of light had come on. The service representative informed me that they would call when they knew what the problem was. At 8am he called with the root of the problem. The part would be ordered, repairs made and he would call when it was done. At 4pm he called and informed me the work was complete. He then told me that it had been done by noon, but they had been arguing with the extended warranty company over the amount. I could come in and pay my $100 deductible and pick up my truck. I have Cerebral Palsy and my truck is equipped with hand controls, and I have no other vehicles. I do not understand why I had to wait an additional 4 hours while you were negotiating with the warranty company? While Robert Brogden GMC has some of the best prices on vehicles, the service department is lacking. I believe this is evident by the turn over that they have in staff. I will not be back. More

I am actually really disappointed in the service that I received. First off, I waited 2.5 hours for an oil change. It was a busy day, and I’m fine with waiting, but when it’s my turn I expect things to be received. First off, I waited 2.5 hours for an oil change. It was a busy day, and I’m fine with waiting, but when it’s my turn I expect things to be done right. I am not happy when I get in my car, after sitting there 2.5 hours, and I notice things are not done but have been checked off on the paperwork as completed. My oil life percentage was not reset. The box was checked. But it was not done. I checked this right away because one of the people in front of me came back in because hers wasn’t reset. We are all human and forget things. But you checked the box saying you did it and you did not. Also, on my service papers it says all four tires are at 35 psi. This was not accurate. In fact, only 1 tire had 35psi. We had 35, 37, 38, and 32. Prior to service the tires were 31-33. Very near or the same psi in all tires. This is a service that I paid for. If I have these two small things with boxes check off but they weren’t actually done, how do I know more things weren’t actually done as well? I went to put air in my tires since that was not properly done at the dealership, quickly realized that the TPMS sensors weren’t moved or reprogrammed with the tire rotation. So now I can’t rely on the technology in my vehicle to help me. Looks like y’all did more harm than good to my new tires. I can get a crappy oil change anywhere. I don’t live in Olathe. I drive out of my way 15 miles, for the service at Bogden. I’ve been taking my vehicle to brogden exclusively, since my second oil change, after purchasing two years ago. It will be hard for me to justify coming back If this is what I get when I’m paying for certified service. Let’s do better! Attention to detail is important. Also, I will add, the lady that entered my info and did the communicating was very nice and helpful. Her name was Aurora, first time meeting her. No complaints at all about her! More

She was a real nice person and was doing a good job ! It was the shop that did it I hope they did the work on my car right and got the wheels on my car on right! More
