My service advisor, Allison, was courteous, professional, and attentive during the servicing of my GMC Acadia. InJune when I bought my car from Tyler I paid 1995 extra for either leather seats or sun roof. Decided on leather seats. Was told would look just like factory leather. After months, leather installed-not for either leather seats or sun roof. Decided on leather seats. Was told would look just like factory leather. After months, leather installed-not perforated leather, color off. Another couple months, lots of emails and frustration and finally got the attention of Peter Sargent who was really the only one that really helped. He was my champion and I got the proper seats installed and I just love them. This process took over 6 months, shameful. The salesperson mislead me and then left Brogden. The Manager said he understood, but he had the first seats installed and didn’t listen to me when I talked about factory seats and look. I think he was just tired of me calling and emailing, both of which he ignored once the wrong seats were installed. But for Peter, is your finance manager, not sales or service, I would probably still be waiting to resolve this issue. Oh, and I absolutely love my 2020 Encore! More
