I had a persistent issue with my vehicle and made several trips to the service department to get it corrected. Allison and Kristie were patient and understanding even when I did not exhibit the same courtes trips to the service department to get it corrected. Anything you can do to avoid dealing directly with Service Manager Kristie Brown will only enhance your experience at Robert Brogden Buick GMC. Her lack of attention to detail, customer service, and scheduling will make you wonder if she achieved her position of "manager" though nepotism. It certainly was not awarded based on exemplary service or merit. Calling Kristie multiple times simply to find out the status of my vehicle was the start of my frustrating experience at Robert Brogden Buick GMC. And each call reinforced my frustrations because of the behavior of Kristie, who seemed to lack details and the motivation to service my vehicle in a timely manner. After dealing with this poor service for four days, and not having another vehicle, I once again called Kristie to enquire about my vehicle status, and only then did she offer the use of a rental vehicle. I cannot emphasize enough: working with Kristie will make you feel unappreciated as a customer at Robert Brogden Buick GMC. Everyone else, excluding Kristie, from the shuttle drivers to the other service department personnel were pleasant and seemed competent. Although I have been a dedicated customer of the Service Department for the last 5 years, I will no longer return to Robert Brogden Buick GMC for service unless I have no other option. More
