We came in to have a Michelin tire checked that we purchased there 2 years ago, as it was bad. Since your dealership does not back the tires you sell, we had to go through Michelin. They said we had g purchased there 2 years ago, as it was bad. Since your dealership does not back the tires you sell, we had to go through Michelin. They said we had go to Brogden and get a written document from them stating in which it was a bad tire. I drove a total of 90 miles and waited 2 hours for my final document ( they first told me there was no issue). We then called Michelin back to let them know we had the document from Brogden. They now say we have to take it to an authorized Michelin Dealer! There are no dealers around my area. We have ordered a new tire on line and have discovered we should never buy a product that is not backed by the first seller! I'm disappointed that Brogden does not support what they sell! More

I always mark my tires prior to having them rotated. On my previous service visit I requested a criss-cross rotation since they were only moved front to back the service visit before. For this visit I mentioned they must be rotated criss-cross because of what did not happen twice before. I watched Aurora type an instruction into the system in this regard. Later that day I checked their work and discovered the tires had not been rotated at all. All tires remained in their original positions. More
