Tried to get money out of programming my transmission. Took in for transmission shutter. Per bulletin replace fluid. Then you said it needed reprogrammed and it would cost 200 dollars. Then after arguing about it you decided to not charge. My good friend who is a gmc service manager said they do these fluid changes all day long every day and never reprogrammed transmission. So why were you trying to squeeze more money out of me. I will not bring my truck back to your service department and will not buy my next truck from you either. How many other customers have payed for this and it's not needed. Shame on your company More

I was not happy at all with my recent experience with I was not happy at all with my recent experience with Robert Brogden in Olathe, KS. I took my car in for an oil change and my Advisor is normally All I was not happy at all with my recent experience with Robert Brogden in Olathe, KS. I took my car in for an oil change and my Advisor is normally Allison Leach. She was my Advisor on May 21, 2020. I scheduled my oil change with her again for the date of August 27, 2020. When I came in on that day my Service Advisor was Dillon Hicks. He took my car and 5 minutes later he came back and stated that my car need a transmission flush and another service. I asked that a quote be added to my invoice, when I check out, as I did not have time to wait for that service. He stated that he would. About 20 minutes later he stated that my car was done. He told me the cost was $64.44. I advised him that it was Ladies Day and asked if that included my discount and I also had a $25.00 Allowance coupon from GMC that I had used my points for hoping that I could use it towards my oil change, Dillon stated that all the discounts that could be applied were applied (He did not even ask to look at the coupon). I didn't think that was correct but paid and when I got home I looked at the invoice from May when my Service Advisor was Allison. I paid $49.93. So I am almost sure he did not apply the Ladies Day discount nor my $25.00 coupon that I had from GMC that has to be used within 30 days of receiving the coupon. Since I do not have any further service scheduled I will lose my $25.00 allowance from GMC in addition to losing the points that I had acquired to get the coupon. I also looked for the estimate of the transmission flush that Dillon stated that I needed. It was not there and all of the boxes on the inspection report were in the green and ok. So, did I really need a transmission flush or was he trying to up-sell me. Again I feel that I was NOT treated fairly and I will not be returning unless I can be guaranteed that my Service Advisor is Allison Leach. I feel that I was treated unfairly and that Dillon had no interest in me or my business. I KNOW I was overcharged as I did NOT receive the Ladies day discount nor did he even look at or take my $25.00 allowance coupon from GMC. I travel from Smithville, MO to go to Robert Brogden because of Allison Leach. More

Allison took great care of me. I couldnt get my Acadia to turn completely off. I drove it straight to the dealership. She took care of everything for me. Something was done incorrectly during the oil change and some warning lights came on and stayed on, I had to go back and they corrected it, but they said it would be 30 minutes and it was about an hour and some warning lights came on and stayed on, I had to go back and they corrected it, but they said it would be 30 minutes and it was about an hour and a half, so i missed 3 hours of work instead of 1 and had to use 2 hours of vacation time per our company policy.
