Oil change. Basic oil change completed with no issues. This was my first experience with Brogden. Customer service experience lacked an attention to detail requ Basic oil change completed with no issues. This was my first experience with Brogden. Customer service experience lacked an attention to detail required due to needing to update the account from a deceased family member to the current family member. The customer service member failed to update the account name when requested upon arrival with the correct information. When the car was ready they called the deceased family member's name rather than the correct name. This lack of attention to detail portrayed a lack of customer service focused on this customer. The customer service individual appeared to be very busy and not able to focus on each customer individually. This was demonstrated when customers in the waiting area could over hear the customer service individual ask where to find information about a telephone call she received that required research and they could not find the information to return the call. The waiting area appeared to be outdated with furniture that had a flaking finish. More

Third Time isn't the Charm This was the third time I had our vehicle looked at. Each time, they said they couldn't hear a noise, nothing wrong. When I left this time, I heard the noise so had a Technician hopped in the vehicle with me. At first, he said he didn't hear anything, then he finally said, oh that noise (???). The technician said there wasn't anything that could be done. Really? I'll take it to another dealership. I was told by another technician to have the brake pedal replaced, especially since it was under warranty. Very disappointing More

Great People Very friendly group of people. They made the experience of purchasing a new vehicle very pleasant. They did not get pushy, was very informative, and Very friendly group of people. During my 40 min visit I only saw one employee use the hand sanitizer (once) and a different employee wearing a mask. Employees didn’t observe social distancing with each other either. I was extremely disappointed with the lack of care for individual’s health and safety. I noticed that there were no seat covers or floor mat covers used when vehicles were returned to owners either. The last point of annoyance for me was the fact that when I had my vehicle returned from service I had to go find an employee to come reset the dash notification system. Needless to say- I was not impressed with any part of my visit or service. And I will not be recommending this dealership to anyone in the future. More

Scheduled a 36k check up online I scheduled a 36k check up online thinking my vehicle's warranty would be out at 36k. Came in, dropped my keys with, Allison, the young lady that sits I scheduled a 36k check up online thinking my vehicle's warranty would be out at 36k. Came in, dropped my keys with, Allison, the young lady that sits at the middle desk. She told me to have a seat. A couple minutes later she brought a sheet over showing what my warranties were, what my oil remaining was, and explained I didn't need a check up yet. So, I loaded back up and went back home. Completely fine by me. If everyone had an employee like Allison, they'd be lucky! She's always very polite, professional, and acts like she loves her job. You're lucky to have her. I'll have that check up on my car when I come back in for an oil change next time. More
