Service on my GMC was not what I expected I took my truck in for scheduled oil change and tire rotation. The truck had a slight engine miss. They told me it needed an injector cleaning. Recom I took my truck in for scheduled oil change and tire rotation. The truck had a slight engine miss. They told me it needed an injector cleaning. Recommended by GMC at 30,000 miles. It still has the same slight engine miss. The injector cleaning did nothing. The mechanic poured the injector cleaner down the side of my truck. The truck is white so it made a big mess. I hope it doesn't screw up the paint. More
No social distancing in the waiting area! Check in great! then BAM waiting area! 15 people crowded in a 12x16 foot area!. No one wearing a mask. Frightening! As a healthcare professional and continuing to work with COVID patients I was shocked to see this happening in the county with the HIGHEST number of cases in the STATE! Then, having to wait a hour and a half for an oil change and tire rotation. "we are down a couple of guys in the service area." I walked past all the bays to get away from the waiting room. Totally full of cars. Lots of guys hanging out... My car no where to be seen. Walked back to waiting area outside. (pouring rain but under eaves) 2 mins later vehicle appears. Customer before me said HE waited a hour and a half for his oil change and tire rotation. They did not charge him for the service. I asked if I was going to receive the same treatment. His invoice attendant said that he paid. I watched He did not! My invoice attendant did NOT charge me. I did offer to pay and she declined. No apology though or sincerity. Where are your invoice attendants that are so experienced and sincere? VERY disappointed. Not what I have experienced in the past. NON compliant with social distancing or following Governor's guidelines! Please do not stereotype me as a woman with issues. Male customer response to complaint, "We won't charge you sir." Response to me, no comment, no smile, handed me a receipt. Goodbye. More
