Disappointing to have to come back for service I requested the 1st time for a problem that I stated on 1st visit. I had explained the issue I was having with brakes and after repairs made i still he requested the 1st time for a problem that I stated on 1st visit. I also had a oul change completed and an inspection was made of my vehicle however when i asked for the paperwork of that inspection it was not done. More

Oil change. Basic oil change completed with no issues. This was my first experience with Brogden. Customer service experience lacked an attention to detail requ Basic oil change completed with no issues. This was my first experience with Brogden. Customer service experience lacked an attention to detail required due to needing to update the account from a deceased family member to the current family member. The customer service member failed to update the account name when requested upon arrival with the correct information. When the car was ready they called the deceased family member's name rather than the correct name. This lack of attention to detail portrayed a lack of customer service focused on this customer. The customer service individual appeared to be very busy and not able to focus on each customer individually. This was demonstrated when customers in the waiting area could over hear the customer service individual ask where to find information about a telephone call she received that required research and they could not find the information to return the call. The waiting area appeared to be outdated with furniture that had a flaking finish. More

Third Time isn't the Charm This was the third time I had our vehicle looked at. Each time, they said they couldn't hear a noise, nothing wrong. When I left this time, I heard the noise so had a Technician hopped in the vehicle with me. At first, he said he didn't hear anything, then he finally said, oh that noise (???). The technician said there wasn't anything that could be done. Really? I'll take it to another dealership. I was told by another technician to have the brake pedal replaced, especially since it was under warranty. Very disappointing More
