I made the appointment a couple of weeks out for a recall I received multiple text confirming my appointment and when I got there I they took my key and within 5 minutes they came to me and said that did I received multiple text confirming my appointment and when I got there I they took my key and within 5 minutes they came to me and said that did not have the part and would have to order it. It was evident they had my number based off the number of text I received so why they could not have texted and let me know the part was not in so i did not Hobbes to take off work to come in for nothing except to be told I have to take another day off for the service. Have been a customer of Robert Brogden’s service department for 7 years. During my last service appointment for a transmission issue the service team canceled my confirmed appointment and I had to g department for 7 years. Did not receive follow up communication until after making multiple inquiring calls a week later. When I went to retrieve my vehicle the service department could not locate the vehicle or the keys on the lot. I located the vehicle on the lot and they were eventually able to locate the keys. When I paid for the diagnosis and asked for a print out of the technicians notes they would not print them off because I was not going to have the repairs performed at that time. More
