Slower than I prefer/Got the wrong pricing When I made the Appt, they told me that it would take about an hour and would cost about $110. So since I had My Buick Rewars points, I redeemed $75 w When I made the Appt, they told me that it would take about an hour and would cost about $110. So since I had My Buick Rewars points, I redeemed $75 worth of points. After getting my car to the dealership at 8:25am, I immediately was greeted and they took my car back. I waited in The area by the service Dept. About 1 hr 40 min later my car was done which was much later than I was told when I made the Appt. Upon paying, it was actually less than I had been told. However, I’d already redeemed reward points which means I would have lost out on approx $25 worth of rewards. I ended up paying out of pocket when I hadn’t anticipated doing so. I did end up getting my redemption cancelled as suggested by Allison which was great! And then when I got home that evening, I had coupons in the mail for what I had done that day. So honestly, even though the total charges were less than anticipated, it was WAY MORE out of pocket than I had budgeted. The coupons in the mail were the dagger of the day. More

Poor customer service, horrible repair shop When my wife took in her car and tried to explain what is going on, they had a very "you're a woman and don't know anything" attitude towards her. Be When my wife took in her car and tried to explain what is going on, they had a very "you're a woman and don't know anything" attitude towards her. Because of unwillingness to listen, we had to take the vehicle in multiple times for the same problem, a warranty repair, the last time they finally fixed the issue, if they had just listened to my wife to begin with, they would have fixed it the first time. Wife had to talk to the service manager before anyone would listen. Then, five days after the repair and we've picked up the car, they call and say that we owe them $200 for the warranty repair. I told them this was the same ongoing problem had been dealing with for several weeks and additionally they never said anything about owing money before they started/completed the repair. The service manager said not to worry he would get it taken care of. A month later the heater stopped working in the car and we called to set up a repair. They said we still owed $200 for the previous repair. From now on, if I have warranty work, I'll drive the extra 20 minutes to the other Buick dealership. More
