sloppy techs The service advisor Adam Peters was very nice and helpful, but this is the second time that I have had service work done there, and when I went to get The service advisor Adam Peters was very nice and helpful, but this is the second time that I have had service work done there, and when I went to get into my car, there was grease or oil on the floor mats. The technician Levi Kerr didn't even put down the paper floor mat protectors or seat protectors. However Adam Peters did clean it up when I showed him. I traded in a VW to by my GMC. When I had my VW serviced at Bud Brown, this kind of thing never happened. At Bud Brown they also vacuumed the inside and washed the outside of the car during an oil change and tire repair service. A few months ago during a service, they needed to order a part for the sun roof. Adivisor Kristi forgot, so it took longer and an extra trip to get that done. Just disappointed with what service I receive from Brogden compared with other dealerships I have dealt with. More

Great and fast service! I called in the morning and had a broken key, and needed it replaced ASAP. Tire check with no appointment I noticed a construction staple in my tire. Drove to Brogden's, service department they were able to get to me right away and problem resolved. Customer service could use improvement The person who checked us in could use some customer service instruction. He was not unpleasant, but also wasn’t welcoming. When we came back to get the car he never greeted or even looked up at us, so we didn’t know if we should wait or if he was doing our paperwork. Also when We dropped off the car we showed him a plastic panel that looked like it came off from below the car - he glanced at it , said he didn’t know what it was and then didn’t convey to any technician to look and see where it might have come from. We researched later and found the GM logo and a # that confirmed it did belong under my car More
